K.R. House writes science fiction and fantasy. Her debut novel, The Call of Wind, released in 2025, and in August 2026, she released the second book in the series, The Cost of Runes.

When she’s not writing fiction, she freelances as a writer and editor. And when she’s not doing either of those things, she’s reading, drawing, running, watching anime, or, if she’s especially tired, binging YouTube videos.
