On Nov. 1, Armadillo Authors Society founding member Rowan Floyd celebrated the release of her debut novel, TOO MUCH HEAVEN.
The event took place at Coldtowne Theater, one of Austin’s local improv and comedy venues, where Rowan once studied and for which she wrote one of her short comedy films, Eyes on the Prize!
It featured comedy by host Valerie Nies, who also hosts the monthly Half Empty/Half Full comedy+literature event at Coldtowne (first Saturdays of the month) and two songs from the novel played by local musician, Jason Molin.
